The firm values and upholds the principles of an open administrative system and fully realises the role that administrative justice plays in the development of a democratic society that is based on human dignity and respect for human rights. We thus have a very strong research team which participates actively in the development of this area of law. The department concentrates, mostly, on the role that administratively justiciable conduct plays in public procurement and disposal, both nationally and on a local authority level, labour law, permits and licensing applications and other spheres of government.
