Munyaka obtained his LLBS (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe in 1994. He worked in private practice in Harare for two years before moving to Botswana at the end of 1996.

VB Sibanda specializes in commercial and corporate law with particular emphasis on financial institutions and private equity funds. His practice focuses on transactional advice in local and international transactions

Tatenda Mawere has over 24 years of experience in the legal services industry and joined private practice in 1996. He is a co-founding partner of MawereSibanda Commercial Lawyers in Harare, Zimbabwe (established in 2001) and Makuyana Legal Practice in Gaborone, Botswana.

Gloria is the head of the Real Estate Department. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Zimbabwe and an MBA from Midlands State University.

Regis has over thirteen years of experience advising on a variety of in – country and cross – border commercial transactions cutting across various sectors.

Kelvin is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate Advisory/M&A practice group. He has vast experience in dealing with mergers and acquisitions (M&As), private equity investments, corporate restructurings, capital raising projects, Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), as well as advising on general commercial and contractual issues.

Godknows was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2013 straight from law school. He previously worked as a Research Fellow at the Centre for Applied Legal Research with which he has maintained links.
