Munyaka Wadaira Makuyana is the Managing Partner and Founder of Makuyana Legal Practice, bringing over 30 years of distinguished legal experience across Botswana and the region. A highly respected legal practitioner, Munyaka is consistently ranked in Chambers Global (Band 3) and holds memberships in the Law Societies of Botswana and Zimbabwe, International Trademark Association, SADC Lawyers Association, and Business Botswana.

Munyaka holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Import and Export Law from Potchefstroom University (2000), with a focus on international transport, customs, immigration, and public law. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Zimbabwe (1994).
