Wantlha obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Botswana in 2017. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Taxation specialising in Tax Law, Auditing and Financial Accounting.
Alec T. Muza
Alec is an attorney with at least 15 years practical experience in more than one jurisdiction including Botswana and Zimbabwe where he is admitted to practice. His area of expertise is commercial law with a bias towards intellectual property and advising on labour related matters (restructuring included). Alec has experience carrying out IP audits and advising companies on brand protection strategies, trademark and patent filings and litigation, copyright, licensing, sale and purchase agreements in IP and technology and rendering legal opinions on various IP issues. Alec is an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), currently serving as a Co – Project Team Leader on the Leadership Development Committee and the ARIPO Working Group on the Improvement of the ARIPO Protocols relating to Industrial Property. He is also a past president of the Zimbabwe Institute of Patent and Trademark Agents.
Munyaka W. Makuyana
Munyaka obtained his LLBS (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe in 1994. He worked in private practice in Harare for two years before moving to Botswana at the end of 1996.
